1. E-commerce platform
The GLOSSENCIA online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. , which provides the e-commerce platform for selling products and services. Shopify acts as a technical subcontractor.
2. Conditions of access to and use of the site
The user declares that they have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence or have the authorization of a legal representative.
It is strictly forbidden to use the site or products for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes, or in violation of applicable laws, including those relating to intellectual property.

6. Delivery and liability
6.1 Delivery address
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. GLOSSENCIA cannot be held liable for any address errors.
6.2 Non-receipt
Any claim for a package not received must be reported within a maximum of 3 weeks after shipment.
6.3 Missing or damaged items
Any anomaly must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal and refund policy
In accordance with Belgian and European law, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions (opened cosmetic products, hygiene products, etc.).
No refunds will be given for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, unless there is valid proof of non-receipt.
Due to individual sensitivities, no refunds will be given in the event of an allergic reaction.

Products are offered subject to availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only. GLOSSENCIA reserves the right to limit order quantities.
