These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all orders placed on the website www.glossencia.com by consumers residing in the European Union. They apply exclusively to non-commercial natural persons wishing to make a purchase for private purposes.

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

• The products offered on the site comply with the legislation in force in Belgium and in the European Union.
• Images and descriptions are provided for guidance purposes only and GLOSSENCIA accepts no liability for slight differences.
• Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect in conformity.

3. Price

• All prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC) .
• Delivery charges are shown separately and added to the total order amount.
• GLOSSENCIA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
• The products remain the property of GLOSSENCIA until full payment of the price.

4. Orders

• Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.glossencia.com
• GLOSSENCIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
• All orders imply acceptance of prices and product availability.
• In the event that a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

• Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
• Transactions are secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

6. Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the geographical area.
• Orders are shipped to the addresses provided by the customer when placing the order.
• GLOSSENCIA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
• For any significant delay, the customer may accept a new delivery date or request cancellation of the order with a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

• In accordance with Belgian and European law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and in their undamaged packaging.
• Products that are personalized or sealed for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned once opened.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

• The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two years, in accordance with articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code.
• This guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, presumed to exist within two years of delivery.
• The customer may request free repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract if the defect is substantial.
• Minor defects do not entitle the holder to terminate the contract.

9. Responsibility

• GLOSSENCIA has an obligation of means regarding access to the site, the placing of orders, the processing and delivery of products.
• GLOSSENCIA cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, technical failure, external intrusion, computer virus or disruption of the internet network.

10. Intellectual Property

• All site content (texts, images, videos, logos) is protected by intellectual property law.
• Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

• GLOSSENCIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
